During my recent stay in Bergamo's enchanting Citta Alta, I had the pleasure of experiencing the perfect blend of luxury and value at this beautifully renovated hotel. Strategically located just a block from Piazza Vecchia, it offers both accessibility and tranquillity-ideal for exploring the old city while enjoying a peaceful retreat. Katarina, our welcoming host, provided invaluable insights about the area, graciously supplying maps and recommendations that enhanced our experience. The room was well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and a pristine bathroom, with the added benefit of a small shared terrace for relaxation. While the hotel offers amenities such as free Wi-Fi and luggage storage, its proximity to local attractions makes navigating Bergamo seamless-avoiding the high costs associated with more tourist-centric locations. The value presented here is commendable, especially when compared to other luxury stays in the area. It's a clever choice for those seeking comfort at reasonable prices.
